During th creating process does Bernard Heesen let coincidence contribute to the shape and expression of his work. He gets inspired by images in old encyclopaedias which he re-produces giving them his own touch. Musea world wide have added his Art to their collection. In the Netherlands his work is shown in the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, the Frans Hals Museum, the Haags Gemeente Museum, the Glas Museum Leerdam, Museum Boymans van Beuningen and so on.
